How to Request Account Deletion

By Email

  1. Send an email from email linked to your account to: with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Full name (as registered)
    • Email and phone number linked to your account

You will receive a confirmation within 7 business days.

What We Delete

What We Retain & Why

All removable data is permanently deleted within 30 days after your last rental, unless the law requires longer retention.

After the Deletion Request

  1. Your account will be immediately deactivated to prevent future logins.
  2. Final deletion is scheduled after the 30-day post-rental period.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent once deletion is complete.
